【摘要】：《中俄密约》签署后,俄国获得在中国东北地区修筑中东铁路的权利,哈尔滨作为中东铁路的交汇点,大量俄国工程师和筑路工人进入哈尔滨地区,随着中外人士的建设,哈尔滨逐渐成为近代城市,城市基础设施逐步完善,吸引了更多的俄侨来此居住和发展。在1908年成立了由俄侨把持的哈尔滨自治公议会。早期哈尔滨俄侨在此享有诸多特权:不受中国官署管辖,有治外法权,享有减税优惠,只缴纳2/3的税收等,可以说1917年十月革命发生之前,俄侨俨然以哈尔滨主人自居,但是自1917年十月革命发生之后,苏维埃政权取代了腐朽的沙俄政权,大批战争难民涌入哈尔滨,造成哈尔滨俄侨人数激增。在哈尔滨,中国政府收回哈尔滨的各项主权,1924年中苏签订条约,中东铁路由中苏共管,并责令俄侨到苏联领事馆进行注册,这样在哈尔滨中出现了苏联国籍与无国籍俄侨共存的局面。近代以来数量众多的俄侨涌入哈尔滨地区,并进行了一系列活动,包括管理城市、开办工商企业、教育活动、文化活动、生活习俗等,这些活动无疑会对近代哈尔滨产生巨大影响,一方面促进近代哈尔滨城市的兴起,将“欧风”带入哈尔滨,开各种风气之先;另一方面,俄侨企图将哈尔滨当作“黄俄罗斯”的根据地,俄侨充当着“侵略者”的角色。本文主要叙述俄侨在哈尔滨的各种活动及其影响,本文由三部分组成,主要内容如下:第一部分为俄侨移民哈尔滨的原因,涉及修筑铁路、经商、战争难民等方面,并论述哈尔滨俄侨的基本状态;第二部分为俄侨在哈尔滨的各方面活动,涉及经济、文化、社会生活等;第三部分是近代以来哈尔滨俄侨对哈尔滨的影响,包括涉及对经济、社会文化等方面的影响。

This paper mainly describes the overseas Russian in a variety of activities in Harbin and its influence, this paper consists of three parts The main contents are as follows: first, part of the reason for Russian immigrants in Harbin, involving the construction of the railway, business, war refugees and other aspects, and discusses the basic status of Russian Chinese in Harbin; the second part is the overseas Russian in Harbin in all aspects of the activities related to economic, cultural and social life; the third part is the influence of Harbin Russia overseas Chinese in Harbin in modern times, including the economic, social and cultural impact and so on.
