民国时期天津产业工人劳动保障问题探析

【摘要】：民国时期,政府、企业和社会团体为了维护社会和生产秩序建立了各种保护劳工的措施,如膳宿设施、安全与医疗卫生设施、教育设施、经济设施、劳动保险措施以及娱乐设施等。这些举措对于过去来讲是从无到有的一大进步,但具体实施成效尚需进一步探究。文章主要考察民国时期天津产业工人的劳动保障措施,并对其成效进行分析。
[Abstract]:During the Republic of China, governments, enterprises and social groups established various measures to protect workers in order to maintain social and productive order, such as accommodation, safety and health facilities, education facilities, economic facilities,Labour insurance measures and entertainment facilities, etc.These measures have been a big step forward in the past, but the results need to be further explored.This paper mainly investigates the labor security measures of Tianjin industrial workers during the Republic of China, and analyzes their effects.
