【摘要】：1 935年发生的"海圻""海琛"两舰北归事件改变了国民政府海军统一进程。在此事件中,闽系掌控的海军部接收两舰失败,使其失去统一海军的最佳时机,且暴露出海军部无法完成海军统一的深层次原因在于其中央身份不被认可。军委会则趁机接收两舰,并将全国海军政令划归其下办理,成为统一国民政府海军的主导机构。在军委会领导之下,中国海军开启了逐渐排挤闽系、整合其他派系的全新统一路径。
[Abstract]:The northward return of Haiqi and Haichen in 1935 changed the process of the unification of the National Government and the navy. In this incident, the Ministry of the Navy controlled by Fujian Province failed to receive the two warships, depriving it of the best time to unify the Navy, and exposed the deep reason why the Navy could not complete the unification of the Navy because its central identity was not recognized. The JMC took the opportunity to take over the two ships and assigned the National Naval order to it as the leading agency for the unified Naval government. Under the MCC, the Chinese navy has embarked on a new unifying path towards the gradual crowding out of Fujian and the integration of other factions.
