福利生产的雏形:近代贫民工厂探析

【摘要】：贫民工厂,又称平民工厂,是在近代出现的旨在为失业贫民提供收容与教养、具有社会救济性质的生产单位。贫民工厂是贫民习艺之所,因其慈善性质,故与一般生产工厂管理不同。近代以来,贫民工厂曾在全国范围内广泛设立并引起强烈反响,而贫民工厂"养教结合"的救助理念和普及生产知识、提供职业培训的救助方式,也一度引人关注。但是,处于特殊社会背景下的贫民工厂,终因种种原因而走向了衰落。
[Abstract]:Poor people ' s factories , also known as civilian factories , are produced in modern times aimed at providing shelter and education for unemployed people and having social relief properties . Poor people factories are poor people ' s practice . Since modern times , poor people factories have been widely established throughout the country and have caused a strong reaction . However , the poor people ' s factories in the background of special social backgrounds have gone to decline for various reasons .
