【摘要】：1958-1960年是中国现代史上一段特殊的时期,在此期间,国内各个领域都开展了轰轰烈烈的“大跃进”运动,其中就包括教育领域。高等教育作为教育系统的一个重要组成部分,不可避免地卷入其中。在“大跃进”过程中,高等教育片面强调规模和数量上的“大跃进”,造成了高等教育体系的混乱,而实际取得的成效并不显著。但是我们不可否认,甘肃省的许多高等院校,都是在此契机上建立起来的。部分专业院校的建立如工业大学、铁道学院等,填补了甘肃高等教育的空白,构建了甘肃省高等教育的基本框架。本文主要从甘肃省高等教育“大跃进”的背景出发,分析其领导权限、招生分配、师资待遇、经费建设、科研实习等“大跃进”概况,再以具体学校和个人为个案进行分析,结合当时的舆论和后人的反思,总结甘肃省高等教育“大跃进”的成败得失和经验教训。
[Abstract]:1958-1960 was a special period in the modern history of China. During this period, the great leap forward movement was carried out in all fields in China, including the field of education. As an important part of the educational system, higher education is inevitably involved in it. In the process of "Great Leap forward", the one-sided emphasis on the scale and quantity of the "Great Leap forward" in higher education has caused confusion in the system of higher education, but the actual results have not been remarkable. But we can not deny that many colleges and universities in Gansu Province, are built on this opportunity. The establishment of some specialized colleges, such as University of Technology and Railway College, has filled the blank of Gansu higher education and constructed the basic framework of Gansu higher education. Based on the background of "Great Leap forward" of higher education in Gansu Province, this paper analyzes the general situation of "Great Leap forward", such as leadership authority, enrollment allocation, teachers' treatment, fund construction, scientific research practice and so on, and then takes specific schools and individuals as a case study. Combined with public opinion at that time and introspection of later generations, this paper sums up the success or failure of the Great Leap forward of higher education in Gansu Province and its experience and lessons.
