传媒视阈中的九世班禅返藏问题论析

【摘要】：学者在研究九世班禅返藏时多采纳档案材料,大都忽略了传媒中的各类资料。班禅返藏作为国际热点问题《申报》《大公报》《中央日报》等日报,《东方杂志》《蒙藏月报》《蒙藏旬刊》《康藏前锋》《开发西北》《边事研究》《海潮音》等期刊都及时跟踪报道,报道中央政府、西藏地方政府、宗教人士对班禅返藏的策略和态度,并介绍了达赖与班禅、地方政府与中央政府、中国政府与英政府之间的交流与斗争。通过这些报刊我们可以了解九世班禅准备返藏的复杂过程,及其返藏失败的原因,把握当时的舆论导向和达赖班禅两个系统利用报刊进行斗争的情况。
[Abstract]:Scholars used archival materials to study the return of the Ninth Panchen Lama, mostly ignoring all kinds of materials in the media. The return of the Panchen Lama to Tibet as an international hot issue, "Ta Kung Pao", "Central Daily" and other daily newspapers, "Oriental magazine", "Mongolian and Tibetan monthly", "Mongolian and Tibetan Provanguage," Development of Northwest China, "Research on the Frontier," Sea Tide Sound, "and other periodicals have all been followed up and reported in a timely manner. This paper reports the strategy and attitude of the central government, the Tibetan local government and religious personages on the return of the Panchen Lama to Tibet, and introduces the exchanges and struggles between the Dalai Lama and the Panchen Lama, the local government and the central government, the Chinese government and the British government. Through these newspapers and periodicals, we can understand the complicated process of the Ninth Panchen Lama's preparation for returning to Tibet and the reasons for its failure, and grasp the situation in which the two systems of public opinion and the Dalai Lama's Panchen Lama used the newspapers and periodicals to struggle at that time.
