【摘要】：自伪满洲国1932年成立开始,日本帝国主义就用暴力强制维持其所得的经济权益,把东北经济置于关东军的武力控制之下进行掠夺,以达到为侵略战争服务的目的。中国东北地区以农业为主,农业是最基本的产业部门,而农产品则是东北最主要的物资,所以日本帝国主义为满足侵略战争的需要,对农业进行疯狂的掠夺。特别是在伪满后期,日本帝国主义将东北作为大东亚共荣圈的粮食基地,农产品成为重要掠夺物资,使广大农民遭受到严重的压榨。在这一时期,日本帝国主义对东北农业经济的掠夺达到历史上空前的状态。日本帝国主义为了加强对东北农业经济的掠夺,建立了一系列的机构组织,其中1940年成立的伪满兴农合作社对加强农产品的掠夺起到了重要作用。伪满兴农合作社是日伪为加强农产品统制的一个产物,利于日本帝国主义对东北劳动力和粮食的掠夺,使广大农民蒙受了巨大的灾难。本文主要对伪满兴农合作社进行分析,揭示日本帝国主义对东北农产品的掠夺及对中国东北农业经济的严重破坏,从而揭露出日本帝国主义的罪恶行径。文章正文共分为四个部分: 第一个部分,论述伪满兴农合作社的产生。此部分主要介绍了伪满兴农合作社的建立及内部构成。在伪满后期,战时紧急掠夺愈演愈烈,为了加强对东北农业经济的掠夺,日伪政府建立了一系列机构组织。特别是1940年将金融合作社与农事合作社合并而成的伪满兴农合作社的建立,利于日本帝国主义对东北农产品的掠夺。伪满兴农合作社内部构成采取三级制进行设立,分别为兴农合作社中央会、兴农合作社联合会及合作社。第二个部分,论述伪满兴农合作社的业务范围。此部分主要介绍了伪满兴农合作社的农业统制业务、金融业务及交易场业务。伪满兴农合作社是直接接触伪满农事的下部组织,虽然打着农事共励的旗号,但实质则是对东北农民的经济统制。第三个部分,论述伪满兴农合作社的掠夺政策。此部分主要介绍了伪满兴农合作社掠夺东北农产品、搜刮东北资金及交易场内所实施的掠夺政策。日伪统治时期,伪政府通过各种政策掠夺东北的农产品,如在金融方面强制农民存款。可见伪满兴农合作社在日伪掠夺中扮演着极为重要的罪恶角色。第四个部分,论述伪满兴农合作社的影响。此部分主要从伪满兴农合作社对东北农业经济及日伪经济两个方面进行论述。日伪当局通过加强经济搜刮来支持法西斯侵略战争。伪满后期“杀鸡取卵”式的掠夺,破坏了东北的农业经济,使广大东北农民生活在水生火热之中。通过以上的分析,可以得出这样的结论:伪满时期所建立的伪满兴农合作社遍及于东北各地,是伪政权垄断经济的助手,是搜刮农民劳动果实的代理工具。日本帝国主义通过伪满兴农合作社来实现对伪满农业经济的控制与掠夺,给东北广大农民带来了巨大的灾难。
