【摘要】：1935年前后，中共在内外两个因素的影响下，确立了正确的对外方针，加强了与外界的联系。首先是中共确立了毛泽东的领导地位，开始探索适合中国革命的道路，并在其后建立了陕甘宁革命根据地。其次是苏联调整了对外政策，致力于建立反对法西斯扩张的统一战线。在这两个方面的影响下，延安开始了与外界的交往活动。国共合作后，边区政府开展了大量的对外活动，交际处正是在这一背景之下设立的。设立后的边区交际处，作为专门的对外接待机构，广泛接待了国内外人士，同时，宣传了中共的对外政策，赢得了外界的支持和援助，并从中了解了大量的外界信息。交际处本身也承担了一部分情报工作的任务，使中共更好的维护和发展抗日民族统一战线，并在抗日斗争中发挥了更重要的作用。随着抗战胜利的到来，交际处由专门的接待机构转变为中共最早的具有外交性质的外事机构，在外事活动中，不仅维护了中共的利益，而且积累了大量的外事活动经验，为新中国外交工作的开展提供了帮助。
[Abstract]:Around 1935, under the influence of internal and external factors, the CPC established a correct foreign policy and strengthened its contact with the outside world. First, the Communist Party of China established the leading position of Mao Zedong, began to explore the road suitable for the Chinese revolution, and then established the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia revolutionary base area. Secondly, the Soviet Union adjusted its foreign policy and set up a United front against fascist expansion. Under the influence of these two aspects, Yan'an began to communicate with the outside world. After the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, the government of the Border region carried out a lot of foreign activities, and the Communication Office was set up under this background. After the establishment of the Border region Communication Office, as a special foreign reception organization, it widely received people from home and abroad. At the same time, it propagated the foreign policy of the Communist Party of China, won outside support and assistance, and learned a lot of outside information from it. The Department of Communication itself has also undertaken part of the task of intelligence work, so that the CPC can better safeguard and develop the anti-Japanese national United front and play a more important role in the anti-Japanese struggle. With the arrival of the victory in the War of Resistance against Japan, the Department of Communication changed from a special reception institution to the earliest foreign affairs agency of the CPC with a diplomatic nature. In foreign affairs activities, it not only safeguarded the interests of the CPC, but also accumulated a great deal of experience in foreign affairs activities. It has provided help for the development of the diplomatic work of the people's Republic of China.
