晚清直隶印结局管理机构研究——以唐煊《留庵日抄》为中心

【摘要】：稿本《留庵日抄》记载了光绪年间直隶印结局日常运作的一些细节,同时也展示了印结局成员这一特殊群体复杂的人际网络。印结局成员之间平日表面一视同仁称"友",实际中结党营私,滥权徇利,与日常的官僚世界如出一辙。特别是每次管局官的推选,都成为内部派系角力的战场。不过为了维持这个机构的存在和运转,印结局通过自我调整与完善制度,满足全体成员的最大利益。
[Abstract]:The manuscript Lian Riji records some details of the daily operation of the printing endings of Zhili during the Guang Xu period, and also shows the complicated interpersonal network of the members of the printing endings as a special group. The Indian ending members are known as "friends" on the surface. In practice, they form a party for personal gain and abuse power and favor interests, just like in the daily bureaucratic world. In particular, each selection of the Authority's officials has become a battlefield of internal factional struggle. However, in order to maintain the existence and operation of the institution, the printing end serves the best interests of all members through self-adjustment and improvement of the system.
