【摘要】：七七事变后,日军侵入内蒙古西部,并窥视中国西北。抗日军民奋起抵抗,五原地区成为内蒙古西部抗战的最前线和敌我双方拉锯的战场,世所瞩目。傅作义率部返绥后,得到国民政府的大力支持,同时也受到共产党抗日政策的影响,加强了军事力量,坚定了抗日决心。1940年春,在傅作义的正确决策和指挥下,经过将士的浴血奋战,以及五原群众的大力配合,取得了五原大捷,震惊全国,鼓舞了全国人民的抗战信心。此后,五原地区处于抗日政府的控制下,实施了一系列有利于抗战的变革和措施,影响到社会生活的各个领域。政治方面,傅作义为了培养新生力量,并巩固自己的地位,成立了“动委会”。此举在一定程度上符合了抗战需要,有积极作用。之后,抗日政府又推行了“新县制”,五原地区在行政区划上有了大的改变。经济方面,进行了土地整理,然而并没有多大成效；但兴修水利和修建公路确实给老百姓和农业生产带来好处；张立范任职五原期间,给绥西的农业带来新气象。五原地区为抗战提供了大量的人力物力,但征兵征粮也给当地的经济造成了很大负担。文化方面,抗战初期在绥远省政府的支持下,抗日宣传活动开展得有声有色。五原战役后,傅作义筹建“三青团”和“贯彻社”、创办《奋斗日报》和剧社团等,一切为抗战服务。民众接触到的文化、娱乐和宣传活动,如报纸、歌曲、戏剧等内容,都与抗战有关。总之,抗战时期的五原地区,由于特殊的地理位置和处境,在社会的各个领域都明显地打上了抗战的烙印。
[Abstract]:After the July 7th incident, Japanese troops invaded western Inner Mongolia and peeped into northwest China. Anti-Japanese army and people rose up to resist, and Wuyuan area became the front line of the war of resistance in western Inner Mongolia and the battlefield between the enemy and us, which attracted the attention of the world. After the return of the Ministry of Fu Zuoyi to Suiyuan, it received the strong support of the National Government and the influence of the Communist Party's anti-Japanese policy, strengthened its military strength and strengthened its determination to resist Japan. In the spring of 1940, under the correct decision-making and command of Fu Zuoyi, Through the bloody battle of the officers and soldiers and the vigorous cooperation of the masses of the five Plains, they achieved the great victory of the five Plains, shocked the whole country, and inspired the confidence of the people throughout the country in the War of Resistance. Since then, under the control of the anti-Japanese government, the Wuyuan region has implemented a series of reforms and measures conducive to the War of Resistance against Japan, affecting all fields of social life. On the political front, Fu Zuoyi set up the Committee in order to cultivate the Forces nouvelles and consolidate its position. To a certain extent, this move meets the needs of the War of Resistance and plays a positive role. After that, the anti-Japanese government carried out the "new county system", and the administrative division of Wuyuan area was greatly changed. On the economic front, land consolidation was carried out, but little was achieved; but the construction of water conservancy and roads did bring benefits to the common people and agricultural production. During Zhang Lifan's tenure in Wuyuan, he brought a new look to the agriculture of Suixi. Wuyuan region provided a lot of manpower and material resources for the War of Resistance, but conscription and grain conscription also caused a great burden on the local economy. In terms of culture, with the support of Suiyuan Provincial Government in the early stage of the War of Resistance against Japan, the anti-Japanese propaganda campaign was carried out in full swing. After the Battle of Wuyuan, Fu Zuoyi set up the "three Youth League" and the "implementation Society", established the struggle Daily and the Drama Society, all of which served the War of Resistance against Japan. Cultural, entertainment and propaganda activities, such as newspapers, songs and dramas, were all related to the War of Resistance. In short, due to its special geographical position and situation, the Wuyuan area during the War of Resistance against Japan was marked by the War of Resistance in all fields of society.
