《国风报》与清末立宪运动

【摘要】：20世纪初以梁启超为代表的立宪派，常通过报刊来宣传君主立宪，《国风报》就是其中不容忽视的一种。该报创立于与日本、后迁到上海，，由梁启超担任主笔。梁氏积极为当时的宪政建设建言献策，引导该报以宪政“向导”面目出现，希望用温和的手法引导清政府走向君主立宪政体；同时因为害怕革命伤及国家根本而反对暴力革命，曾与朝廷的立宪运动形成互动。不幸的是，由于清政府在立宪期限上首鼠两端，梁启超与该报因此失望至极，在政治倾向逐渐由温和转变为激进，开始同情革命。这种政治态度的变化，不仅是对清季时局剧变的客观反映，也是资本主义政治思想传播发展新阶段的一个具体而微的象征。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20th century, the constitutionalists represented by Liang Qichao often propagandized the monarchy through newspapers and periodicals. The newspaper was founded with Japan and later moved to Shanghai, with Liang Qichao as the lead writer. Liang made suggestions for the constitutional construction at that time, guided the newspaper to appear as the "guide" of constitutionalism, hoped to lead the Qing government to the constitutional monarchy in a moderate way, and opposed violent revolution because of the fear that revolution would hurt the country. It once interacted with the constitutional movement of the court. Unfortunately, since the Qing government was the first rat in the constitutional period, Liang Qichao and the newspaper were disappointed, gradually in the political trend from moderate to radical, began to sympathize with the revolution. This change of political attitude is not only an objective reflection of the dramatic changes in the political situation in the Qing Dynasty, but also a concrete and minor symbol of the new stage of the spread and development of capitalist political thought.
