“二七惨案”后的救济工作新探——以国共第一次合作为背景

【摘要】："二七惨案"后,国共两党克服重重困难,采取多种措施,对遇难工人家属、被捕及失业工人开展了救济工作,总体上取得了较好的救济效果,最大限度地减缓了"二七"遇难工人家属及被捕、失业工人的痛苦。在国共合作的背景下,国共双方在此次救济工作中皆附加了诸多政治因素的考量,其中既有合作也有冲突,但合作是较为有限的。国共在救济工作中的冲突与纠葛,一方面反映了两党对革命领导权的争夺;另一方面则预示着国共合作终将走向破裂的趋势。
[Abstract]:After the "27 July tragedy," the Kuomintang and the Communist Party overcame numerous difficulties and took various measures to provide relief work to the families of the victims, the arrested and the unemployed workers. On the whole, good relief results were achieved. It alleviates the suffering of the families and the arrested and unemployed workers. In the context of KMT and CPC cooperation, both the KMT and the CPC have attached many political factors to the relief work, including cooperation and conflict, but cooperation is relatively limited. The conflicts and disputes between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in the relief work, on the one hand, reflect the struggle of the two parties for the leadership of the revolution, on the other hand, it indicates that the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party will eventually break down.
