【摘要】：林修竹在山东实业历史上是一个很重要的人物，他是中国早期的留日学生，他是实业教育家，同时也是诗人。从教育到实业，再到黄河治理，涉及教育、实业和黄河治理的许多方面，他为山东的发展做过很多实事，在很多方面留下了他的功绩。林修竹不是一个孤立的人物，他所涉及的的诸多领域决定了他与现实的诸多联系，所以研究林修竹的一个重要目的，就是通过对林修竹的研究了解当时山东社会各方面的发展情况。以教育、实业和治黄这三大事业为主要研究对象，从中认识了解林修竹的一生，凸显林修竹这个人物的同时，深入剖析民国时期山东各方面的发展。本文主要分以下五章论述：第一章论述林修竹的整个人生历程。包括林修竹的求学经历、从政经历、隐居生活、一生的著述、社会关系以及林氏家族介绍。其中，因为林修竹在山东任职阶段是本文研究的重点，所以这里只是简单介绍一下期间的职位更替，后面几章会分专题对这一阶段林修竹的情况进行详细论述。第二章论述林修竹主持山东教育的情况。包括林修竹主持山东实业教育和山东社会教育，以及参与组织山东第一次物品展览会的情况。第三章论述林修竹主持发展山东实业的情况。包括劝业政策的推行，，种树、桑蚕、植棉三大劝业事项的进行及其成绩、评价，还有林修竹对于山东移民垦荒的筹划。第四章论述林修竹治理黄河的情况。包括林修竹提倡种树护堤、指挥抵抗洪灾、主持李黄堵口工程的细节，以及修筑黄河大堤公路和疏通南运河的情况，最后是对林修竹治黄成绩的评价。第五章论述林修竹编著《山东各县乡土调查录》的情况。包括此书的介绍和价值地位，并以历城县为例介绍了此书的内容结构。
[Abstract]:Lin Xiuzhu is a very important figure in the history of Shandong industry. He is an early Chinese student who studied in Japan. He is an industry educator and also a poet. From education to industry to Yellow River management, involving education, industry and many aspects of Yellow River governance, he did a lot of practical work for the development of Shandong, leaving his achievements in many aspects. Lin Xiuzhu is not an isolated figure. The many fields he is involved in determine his many connections with reality. Therefore, the study of Lin Xiuzhu is an important purpose. It is through the study of Lin Xiuzhu to understand the development of all aspects of Shandong society at that time. Taking education, industry and Yellow River management as the main research objects, this paper studies the life of Lin Xiuzhu, highlights the figure of Lin Xiuzhu, and deeply analyzes the development of Shandong during the period of the Republic of China. This article is divided into the following five chapters: the first chapter discusses the whole life course of Lin Xiuzhu. Including Lin Xiuzhu's study experience, political experience, seclusion, lifetime writings, social relations and Lin's family introduction. Among them, because Lin Xiuzhu held office in Shandong Province is the focus of this study, so here is only a brief introduction of the replacement of posts during the period, the following chapters will be divided into topics of this stage of forest Xiuzhu situation discussed in detail. The second chapter discusses Lin Xiuzhu's education in Shandong Province. Lin Xiuzhu hosted Shandong Industrial Education and Shandong Social Education, as well as participated in the organization of the first Shandong goods Exhibition. The third chapter discusses the situation of Lin Xiuzhu's development of Shandong industry. It includes carrying out the policy of persuasion, planting trees, silkworm and cotton planting, and its achievements, evaluation, and the planning of Lin Xiuzhu for resettlement and reclamation in Shandong Province. The fourth chapter discusses the situation of forest Xiuzhu to control the Yellow River. Including Lin Xiuzhu advocated planting tree berm, directed against flood, presided over the details of Li Huang's blocking project, as well as the construction of the Yellow River embankment highway and the dredging of the South Canal, and finally the evaluation of Lin Xiuzhu's achievements in controlling Yellow River. The fifth chapter discusses the situation of Lin Xiuzhu's compilation of Local investigation of Shandong County. Including the introduction of the book and value status, and Licheng County as an example to introduce the content of the book structure.
