However,Mr Li Yu-shu,a famous historian of Taiwan Province of China thought it must be occupied after 1919. This article proves neither statement is true. In fact,Dariganga was annexed to Outer Mongolia in the first half of 1912. The reason why the regime at Kuree strived for the ownership of Dariganga before,during and after the Tripartite Conference at Khiagt was that it just wanted to legalize its de facto occupation.
