1937年日本侵华用兵之“制令线”研究

【摘要】：在卢沟桥事变后中日两国由局部战争渐次升级为全面战争的背景下,日本陆军参谋本部于1937年11月7日在上海及其附近的日军组成华中方面军之际,同时又以临命第600号规定“华中方面军作战地区大概定为联结苏州、嘉兴一线以东”,此即为“制令线”之发轫。伴随着上海的沦陷和日本华中方面军前线的继续推进,1937年11月24日,新成立的战争最高指导机构日本大本营决定废止“苏嘉”旧制令线并颁布“锡湖”新制令线,然而,新制令线没有起到设想的“制令”作用,12月1日随着日本大本营“攻击南京”命令的发出,“制令线”便荡然无存了。参谋本部颁布“制令线”,第一层次的原因是日军内部“扩大派”与“不扩大派”多次角逐之累积,更深层次的缘由是第一次世界大战后日本内外种种因素综合作用发酵的结果。本文就是按照前后之史实展开论述并重点探讨1937年11月7日至12月1日期间“制令线”颁布、突破、废止之过程,进而揭示日本在第二次世界大战期间独特的战争现象。
[Abstract]:After the Lugou Bridge incident, China and Japan gradually escalated from a local war to a full-scale war. On November 7, 1937, the Japanese Army staff headquarters formed the Central China Front Army in and around Shanghai. At the same time, the "Central China Front Army combat area may be defined as connecting Suzhou, east of Jiaxing line", which is the starting point of "system command line". With the fall of Shanghai and the continued advance of the front line of Japan's Central China Front Army, on November 24, 1937, the Japanese base camp, the newly established supreme guiding body of the war, decided to abolish the old Sujia system and issue the new "Sze Lake" command line. However, The new system order line did not play the intended role of "system order". On December 1, with the issuance of the "attack on Nanjing" order from the Japanese base camp, the "system order line" disappeared. The first reason for the promulgation of the "system order Line" by the General staff Department is the accumulation of many competitions between the "enlarged faction" and the "non-expansion faction" within the Japanese army. The deeper reason is the combination of internal and external factors after the first World War. This article is based on the historical facts before and after, and focuses on the period of November 7 to December 1, 1937 "system order line" issued, breakthrough, annulment process, and then revealed Japan during the second World War unique war phenomenon.
