论抗战时期国民党海外部的侨务工作

【摘要】：民国侨务的开展仰仗于党、政两大系统的并行推进，而目前学术界对于民国侨务的研究多立足于政府系统的侨务委员会，而较少关注于在民国侨务中占有重要地位的国民党海外部及其海外组织所进行的侨务工作。本文以国民党海外部的侨务活动为研究对象，，选取其在侨务方面发挥了重大功用的抗日战争时期来进行探讨，着眼于国民党海外部及其海外组织与海外侨胞、海外侨务间的密切关系，梳理了国民党海外党务的发展、国民党海外部这一机构的递嬗等方面的内容，详细的探究了国民党海外部在抗日战争时期的侨务工作，客观的评价了海外部在战时侨务工作中的优劣与得失，以期能够挖掘其中对于当今中国海外侨务工作仍有启发与借鉴内容。
[Abstract]:The development of the affairs of overseas Chinese in the Republic of China depends on the parallel promotion of the two systems of the Party and the government, while the current academic research on the affairs of overseas Chinese in the Republic of China is based on the overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the government system. Less attention was paid to the overseas affairs of the Kuomintang and its overseas organizations, which played an important role in the affairs of overseas Chinese in the Republic of China. This paper takes the overseas Chinese affairs activities of the Kuomintang's overseas Affairs Department as the research object, selects the anti-Japanese war period, which has played an important role in overseas Chinese affairs, and focuses on the Kuomintang overseas departments and their overseas organizations and overseas Chinese. The close relations among overseas Chinese affairs have combed the development of the Kuomintang's overseas party affairs, the evolution of the KMT's overseas departments, and so on, and explored in detail the overseas Chinese affairs of the Kuomintang's overseas departments during the War of Resistance against Japan. This paper objectively evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of overseas Chinese affairs in wartime, in the hope of excavating them, which are still enlightening and referential to the work of overseas Chinese affairs in China today.
