上海“三反”运动研究
[Abstract]:From November 1951 to October 1952, under the unified arrangement of the CPC Central Committee, Shanghai launched a political movement with "anti-corruption, waste, and bureaucracy" as its main content. This political movement, which lasted for nearly a year, had a profound impact on the consolidation of the ruling position of the CPC at that time, the transfer of social ethos, the subsequent socialist transformation, the "anti-right" movement, and so on. However, at present, the study of the "three evils" movement is mainly from the aspects of punishing corruption, setting up the new atmosphere of the party and government organs and attacking illegal profiteers, etc., and the mode of launching the movement. Lack of analysis on the means of struggle and its influence on the social and economic relations at that time. This paper mainly uses the archives of Shanghai Archives to outline the context of the "three evils" in Shanghai, and at the same time, it emphatically reveals some little known phenomena in the movement, so as to show the rich and complex face of the movement. And try to clarify the historical facts on the basis of its advantages and disadvantages and root. In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into four parts. The first part mainly investigates the origin of the "three evils" movement, describes the "three evils" before the "three evils" in Shanghai, the organization in the movement and the frank prosecution in the early stage of the movement. In the second part, focusing on the struggle of "fighting tigers" for big embezzlers, the author focuses on the phenomena of "fighting tigers" in Shanghai's "three evils" movement, such as budget escalation, extortion of confessions, suicide, economic stagnation and so on. The third part mainly examines the phenomena of seeking stolen goods in the end of the campaign, final determination, cadre change and so on. The last part tries to analyze the causes and historical consequences of various "chaos" in the "three evils" movement in Shanghai.
