【摘要】：袁世凯督直时期,是天津城市早期现代化的快速发展时期,在天津城市现代化进程中具有重要地位。袁世凯利用其政治地位和政治魄力,在天津全面推进现代化建设,将天津建设为中国超大城市。天津城市的现代化,对北洋区域乃至整个北方社会的发展都产生了较大影响。
[Abstract]:Yuan Shikai's period of supervision is the rapid development period of Tianjin's early modernization and plays an important role in the process of Tianjin's urban modernization. Yuan Shikai made full use of his political position and drive to promote modernization in Tianjin and turn Tianjin into a mega-city in China. The modernization of Tianjin city has a great influence on the development of the Northern Ocean region and the whole northern society.
