《北洋画报》之日本形象研究

【摘要】:20世纪20年代前后,由于印刷术和摄影术的改进,图像这一视觉传播通过画报进入了人们的视野。《北洋画报》被喻为当时中国传媒界的“北方巨擘”,内容涉及政治、军事、艺术、社会生活等诸方面,以图文结合的报道形式,向受众展示了一个五彩斑斓的民国社会。在其创刊的11年中,不乏对日本的报道。20年代至40年代是中国的多事之秋,内忧外患。尤其在日本不断加紧对华侵略的过程中,《北洋画报》通过编辑者的挑选重组将这一日本侵略形象展现在受众面前,对唤起名族意识和觉醒产生了重大影响。 区别于文字传播,本文以图像传播的视角来阐述和分析《北洋画报》中所构建的日本形象,具体分为中日战事、日本时事、人文社会、中日交流这四个日本形象。同时,结合《北洋画报》创办人、主编等重要人物的背景、编辑理念来分析日本形象构建的原因,以及通过不同视域间日本形象的比较研究,使我们能够更好地了解民国时期的中日交流和中日关系。
[Abstract]:Around the 1920s, due to the improvement of printing and photography, the visual dissemination of images entered people's horizons through pictures. the Beiyang Illustrated newspaper was described as the "northern giant" of the Chinese media at that time, involving politics and military affairs. Art, social life and other aspects, in the form of a combination of graphics and text, to show the audience a colorful society of the Republic of China. In the 11 years since its inception, there have been reports of Japan. From the 1920s to the 1940s, it was a troublesome period in China, with internal and external problems. Especially in the process of Japan's incessant aggression against China, Beiyang Illustrated displayed this image of Japanese aggression in front of the audience through the selection and reorganization of editors, which had a great influence on arousing the consciousness and awakening of famous ethnic groups. Different from text communication, this paper expounds and analyzes the Japanese image constructed in Beiyang Pictures from the perspective of image communication, which is divided into four Japanese images: Sino-Japanese war, Japanese current affairs, human society and Sino-Japanese exchange. At the same time, combining the background of the founder and editor-in-chief of Beiyang Illustrated, this paper analyzes the reasons for the construction of the Japanese image, and through the comparative study of the Japanese image from different perspectives. So that we can better understand the Sino-Japanese exchanges and Sino-Japanese relations during the Republic of China.
