福建地区“百年禁教”研究

【摘要】：鸦片战争前,天主教在中国传播过程中所发生的教案,自雍正禁教开始,历经乾隆、嘉庆、道光朝,共计百余年,史称“百年禁教”。福建地区发生的教案,在“百年禁教”的历史中有着深远的影响,是“百年禁教”肇始之地,也是对传教士进行严惩的首发之地。本文根据新近出版的故宫档案资料以及一些相关的外文资料,客观、详实地阐述了福建地区天主教在“百年禁教”中以秘密途径传播和发展的历史,并从多角度的视野,分析了雍、乾、嘉、道、四朝教案发生的深层原因,从而勾勒出福建地区“百年禁教”历史的本来面目。
