【摘要】：首轮新方志称为新编志书,亦即重修志书。相对于续修、续编而言,不能将重修志书解释为新修。重修亦称新编,是部分或全部收录前志资料,并作出补遗和正误,再续前志下限后的资料,创新体例和内容。重修的原因有四:贯通古今、辑存资料、纠舛正误、欲湮前志。重修志书须把握好两个重要环节:一是准确衡量"重"字的分量,重修应后来居上;二是准确理解"修"字的内涵。要重新鉴别、取舍、编纂前志的资料;要着力增编前志下限后的资料。应该面对现实,承认自古有之的重修现象。重修志书若不能超越前志,只能称为增修本、补修本,且不宜提倡。若重修没有质量保障,应当慎之又慎,应当搞续修。
[Abstract]:The first round of new local chronicles is called the newly compiled chronicles, that is, reconstructing the annals.In contrast to the continuation, the reworked chronicle cannot be interpreted as a new one.Re-revision is also called the new edition, which includes part or all of the former records, and makes the addenda and errors, and then continues the data after the lower limit of the former records, and innovates the style and content.There are four reasons for the restoration: through the ancient and modern, the collection of data, correction of wrongs and wrongs, pending oblivion.It is necessary to grasp two important links in reconstructing the annals: one is to accurately measure the weight of the word "heavy", and the other is to understand the connotation of the word "repair" accurately, which should be taken as the latter to transcend the former.To re-identify, choose, compile pre-log data; focus on addendum the lower limit of the data.We should face the reality and recognize the phenomenon of reconstructing since ancient times.If the rework of the annals can not exceed the former, it can only be called an additional, supplementary, and not to advocate.If there is no quality assurance, should be cautious, should be continued.
