【摘要】：陈善同是清末民初有影响的政界人物,曾在清廷和民国政府担任多项要职,同时也是河南学界耆宿,留有《豫河续志》、《樗园奏稿》等多部著述。他担任主纂的《重修信阳县志》为民国县志的典范之作。
[Abstract]:Chen Shantong was an influential politician in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. He held many important posts in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China government. He served as the main compilation of Xinyang County Records for the Republic of China as a model of the county record.
