【摘要】：李成桂建立朝鲜以后,每年都派遣使臣向明清王朝朝贡。朝鲜使团中正使、副使、书状官,包括随行人员,多将在中国的见闻以日记的形式记录下来,归国时,向朝鲜国王汇报。这些记载明代中国见闻的,称之为《朝天录》,记载清代见闻的,称之为《燕行录》。本文以清代朝鲜使臣所记载的《燕行录》为基本史料,附以其他文献资料,以清代的满族习俗为研究对象,即对清代朝鲜使臣所留下的《燕行录》中有关满族的衣着发式、民居建筑、饮食文化、婚丧嫁娶、礼仪习俗等资料进行梳理。正文分五部分:第一部分,论述朝鲜使臣所见满族的服饰、发式。这一部分主要从满族的服饰和满族的发式两个方面,探讨朝鲜使臣对服饰和发式观察与记载,解读朝鲜使臣对服饰和发式的梳理背后的深层次内涵。第二部分,论述朝鲜使臣所见满族的饮食习惯。这一部分主要从满族主食和菜肴两个方面,探讨朝鲜使臣所观察到的满族饮食习惯的民族特色,分析满族饮食习惯产生的原因及其演变。第三部分,论述朝鲜使臣所见满族的民居建筑。这一部分主要从满族居室的室外建筑特色和室内陈设特点两个方面展开,探讨朝鲜使臣所观察到的满族的房屋形制、墙壁、炕制、桌椅、摆设等极具满族民族的特色。第四部分,论述朝鲜使臣所见满族的婚丧嫁娶。这一部分主要从满族的婚嫁礼仪和丧葬习俗两个方面展开,探讨使臣对满族婚丧嫁娶的看法,并研究使臣们的深层心理活动。第五部分,论述朝鲜使臣所见满族的礼仪习俗。这一部分主要从日常礼仪和待客之礼展开,探讨使臣眼中的满族礼仪文化,分析朝鲜士大夫对满族礼仪文化的认识。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of Korea, Lee Sung-kui has sent envoys to pay tribute to the Ming and Qing dynasties every year. Most of the reviewers of the DPRK mission, including those accompanying them, recorded what they had seen and heard in China in a diary and reported back to the Korean King when they returned home. These records of China in the Ming Dynasty, called "Chaotian Records", records of the Qing Dynasty, called "Yan Xing Records". This paper takes Yanxinglu recorded by Korean emissaries in the Qing Dynasty as the basic historical material, with other documents and materials, taking Manchu custom as the research object, that is, the hair style of Manchu people's clothing left by Korean emissaries in Qing Dynasty. Residential architecture, food culture, marriage and funeral, etiquette and customs and other materials to comb. The text is divided into five parts: the first part, discusses the Korean envoys see Manchu dress, hair style. This part mainly from the Manchu clothing and Manchu hair style two aspects, discusses the Korean emissary to dress and the hairstyle observation and the record, unscrambles the Korean emissary to dress and the hairstyle combs the deep level connotation behind. The second part discusses the eating habits of Manchu as seen by Korean envoys. This part mainly discusses the ethnic characteristics of Manchu eating habits observed by Korean envoys from the two aspects of Manchu staple food and dishes, and analyzes the causes and evolution of Manchu eating habits. The third part, discusses the Manchu residence architecture seen by Korean envoys. This part mainly starts from two aspects of the outdoor architectural characteristics and indoor furnishings of Manchu rooms, discusses the Manchu house shape, walls, Kang system, table and chair, furnishings and so on, which are observed by Korean emissaries. The fourth part discusses the marriage and funeral of Manchu. This part mainly starts from the two aspects of Manchu marriage etiquette and funeral customs, discusses the views of envoys on Manchu marriage and funeral, and studies the deep psychological activities of envoys. The fifth part discusses the etiquette customs of Manchu seen by Korean envoys. This part mainly starts from the daily etiquette and hospitality, discusses the Manchu etiquette culture in the eyes of the envoys, and analyzes the Korean literati's understanding of Manchu etiquette culture.
