汉唐时期少数民族对陕西地方饮食文化的影响

【摘要】：汉唐时期是中华饮食文化从丰富到顶峰的重要阶段,少数民族传统习俗对陕西地方饮食文化产生了深远的影响,既扩宽了饮食的样式外延又丰富了饮食文化的社会内涵。少数民族饮食文化的情感文化及礼仪习俗与汉唐时期关中地区宫廷饮食文化与市民饮食文化互补并逐渐形成了独具特色的饮食文化。因此,在整合少数民族社会资源透过少数民族特色饮食文化,从饮食情感和饮食哲学中体会陕西地方饮食文化的民族特色,才能够更好地挖掘少数民族文化精髓倾注于社会主义精神文明建设当中。
[Abstract]:The Han and Tang dynasties was an important stage from the enrichment to the peak of the Chinese diet culture. The traditional customs of the minority nationalities had a profound influence on the local diet culture in Shaanxi, which not only broadened the style extension of the diet but also enriched the social connotation of the diet culture. The emotional culture and etiquette custom of the minority diet culture and the court food culture of the Guanzhong area in Han and Tang dynasties complement each other with the food culture of the citizens and gradually formed the unique diet culture. Therefore, in the integration of minority social resources through the ethnic minority characteristic diet culture, from the diet emotion and diet philosophy, we can understand the national characteristics of Shaanxi local diet culture. In order to better tap the essence of minority culture in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
