例谈志书述而不论与揭示规律的关系处理

【摘要】：述而不论是志书编纂的重要原则,但与揭示客观规律性并非完全对立,而是矛盾的统一体,因为述而不论不等于没有观点,述而不论同样可以揭示规律。在编纂实践中,也可以通过特色内容纲目升格设置、充分利用三级概述特点、精选材料合理取舍、写作技巧加强记述深度等途径,来达到既遵循述而不论的原则,又能发掘志书资料的潜在价值,较好地"寓观点于记述之中"。但在追求揭示规律的时候,要尽力避免编纂者个体的主观色彩和编纂者随机、无度的评议。

In the practice of compiling, we can also make full use of the three-level outline characteristics, select and choose the selected materials, strengthen the depth of description, and so on, so as to achieve the principle of following the principle of narration but no matter what it is. Can also explore the potential value of the annals, a better "point of view in the narrative." However, in the pursuit of revealing laws, we should try our best to avoid the subjective color of the compilers and the random and unlimited comments of the compilers.
