【摘要】：本文研究的主题为近代时期云南与香港之间的贸易活动和贸易关系。本文认为,在云南近代对外贸易史上,滇港之间的贸易关系是云南对外贸易关系中最为重要的双边贸易关系。研究云南近代对外贸易历史,必须对滇港之间的贸易问题进行专题式的深入考察。本文从三个方面来对近代时期的滇港贸易问题进行研究。一是近代滇港贸易产生、演进、发展的基本历程和兴衰起伏特点;二是滇港贸易与近代云南总体对外贸易的关系; 三是滇港贸易对近代云南社会经济发展、变迁的作用与影响。本文研究的重点是近代滇港贸易关系发展、演进的基本历程和发展、变化的基本特点。本文的内容共分四章,第一章为“清末的滇港贸易关系”,第二章为“民元至抗战前的滇港贸易”,第三章为“1937年至1949年的滇港贸易”,第四章为“滇港贸易与近代云南社会经济”。全文共计10万余字。通过对近代滇港贸易问题的系统研究,本文得出了这样的观点和看法: 关于清末时的滇港贸易问题,作者认为:近代滇港贸易关系的发生始于蒙自开关和中法战争前,其贸易商道前期为滇桂商道,其后一直为滇越商道(由蒙自出关至越南, 由越南港口城市海防航运至香港,返程亦然);清末时的滇港贸易,其贸易商品由云南而言,出口商品以大锡为大宗,进口商品以棉货为大宗;清末时经营滇港贸易的商人主要为广东商人和云南滇南地区的商人,其中滇南地区著名的临安商帮即是由经营滇港贸易而发家。关于“民元至抗战前的滇港贸易”,作者认为:1912年至1937年(抗战爆发前) 是近代滇港贸易稳定发展的历史时期;滇越铁路的通车对近代滇港贸易的发展起到了极大的促进作用,近代滇港贸易虽非由滇越铁路通车而起,但却是由于滇越铁路的通车而走向兴盛和繁荣;本期滇港贸易的内容,除了大锡的出口和棉货的进口外,还增加了药材、皮革、猪鬃等商品的出口和条银的进口及转口贸易等内容,但仍以大锡的出口和棉货的进口为贸易主体;在这一时期,滇港大锡贸易获得了长期稳定的发展,其间虽有起伏,但从总体上看,大锡出口保持了一种稳步发展的态势,云南炼锡公司的兴办,虽使一部分滇锡直接出口国际市场,但是云南大锡出口的主体市场仍是香港市场;本期经营滇港贸易的商人,除了广帮商人和云南滇南地区的商人外,云南滇西地区的许多著名商帮和商号也参与到滇港贸易之中,一些商号还由于经营滇港贸易而获得较大发展,如永昌祥、锡庆祥等,此外,旅港的一些云南商人如张木欣等也通过经营滇港贸易而在香港市场获得稳步发展。关于“1937年至1949年的滇港贸易”,作者认为:抗战爆发对抗战初期滇港贸易发展的影响,既有促进的一面,也有不利的一面,但以促进的一面为主,正是由于抗战初期云南在国内外贸易格局中的特殊地位和优势,促使滇港贸易(包括四川、贵州等省通过云南进行的对港贸易)特别是云南对香港的出口贸易在抗战初期的几年里获得了前所未有的快速发展,达到了近代滇港贸易史上的顶峰;抗战中后期滇港贸易的急剧衰落和抗战胜利后滇港贸易的萧条,其原因从总体上讲,是由于这一时期云南总体外贸环境和条件的改变及恶化,从具体的和直接的原因来看,则与这一时期滇港贸易所赖以进行的重要通道——滇越铁路的中断密切相关;从主要贸易商品的贸易情况来看,在抗战初期,大锡、皮革、猪鬃、桐油、钨砂等商品销港贸易获得了快速的增长,到了抗战中后期,这些商品对香港市场的出口贸易基本停止,抗战胜利后大锡等商品的贸易虽有所恢
