通事在近代康区治理中的作用及思考

【摘要】：本文在对通事相关文献进行综述的基础上,选取了目前受关注较少的边疆通事作为研究对象,具体对近代康区通事的类型、社会角色和功能发挥等问题进行了分析。并且,就康区通事名声形成的问题做了探讨。本文研究发现康区通事兼具翻译、报告人和业务助手等多重角色,其对近代康区民族与国家的整合发挥过积极作用。但与此同时,通事的舞弊行为也十分常见,这就在一定程度了损害和阻碍了边疆少数民族与政府及外界的持续不断的正常交往,从而不利于边疆民族与国家整合的深入发展。因此,通过对康区通事的研究表明,需要推广和普及教育来解决边疆民族地区多种语言、文字的交流和沟通问题。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the relevant documents of Tongshi, this paper selects the frontier communication which has been paid less attention to as the research object, and analyzes the types, social roles and functions of the Tongshi in the modern Kang District. In addition, the paper discusses the formation of the reputation of Tongshi in Kang District. In this paper, it is found that there are many roles, such as translation, speaker and business assistant, which have played an active role in the integration of nationalities and countries in Kang District. But at the same time, fraud is also very common, which to some extent damages and hinders the continuous and normal communication between the border ethnic minorities and the government and the outside world, which is not conducive to the further development of the integration of the frontier nationalities and the state. Therefore, it is necessary to popularize and popularize education in order to solve the problem of communication and communication in many languages and characters in the borderland minority areas.
