正确处理省志中的交叉重复

【摘要】：交叉与重复有质的不同,交叉是指志书在记述同一事物时以不同方式在多个地方出现,以体现事物之间的相互渗透和彼此联系,是行文的一种艺术。重复是指相同的事物在志书中反复出现,是行文的失误。省志中的交叉主要有三种类型:一是专业(事业)交叉,二是分志内部各篇章节目之间的交叉,三是不同体裁之间的交叉。处理各分志之间的交叉时,要抓住事物的本质属性,从现代社会分工和科学分类的实际出发,确定事物的主要归属,坚持事以类从,行业归口,详略互见,详主略次,同中见异。处理分志内部各篇章节目之间的交叉,其处理方法有二:一是根据实际情况调整篇目,二是根据从属性、系统性和科学性的原则归类记述。处理体裁之间的交叉,要准确把握各种体裁的功用和特点,并结合所要记述的内容灵活运用。
[Abstract]:There are qualitative differences between cross and repetition. Cross refers to the art of writing annals in different ways when describing the same thing in many places to reflect the mutual penetration and connection between things. Repetition is the repetition of the same thing in the annals, the error of the writing. There are three main types of intersecting in provincial records: one is the crossing of professional (career), the other is the cross between the programs of each chapter within the records, and the third is the crossing between different genres. When dealing with the intersections between different records, we should grasp the essential attributes of things, proceed from the division of labor in modern society and the reality of scientific classification, determine the main attribution of things, adhere to the principle of category, industry, see each other in detail, and give details to the main body. The same sees the difference. There are two ways to deal with the intersections of each chapter program within the chronicles: one is to adjust the contents according to the actual situation, the other is to classify and describe them according to the principles of attribute, systematicness and scientificalness. To deal with the intersection between genres, we should grasp the functions and characteristics of various genres accurately, and use flexibly the contents to be described.
