20世纪滇黔桂三省中等城市与区域发展研究

【摘要】：滇黔桂是云南、贵州、广西三省简称的合称。这三个地理上毗邻的省区，由于偏处西南，历史上常常游离于中央统治的边缘。而这种长期处于相对封闭的状态，导致三省区的经济、社会、乃至城市的发育状况都远远落后于中原地区。鸦片战争的炮声轰开了中国的大门，也打破了滇黔桂三省的封闭状态。20世纪前半期，通商口岸的设立，新式交通的发展，抗战期间大量工厂企业的内迁，都促使滇黔桂三省的城市开始亦步亦趋地跟随中东部地区城市化的步伐。但是由于内在动力的根本缺乏，，滇黔桂三省的城市在内战的硝烟下无可避免地走向了衰落。20世纪后半期，新中国的建立为滇桂黔三省的城市带来了无限生机。在建国后很长一段时间内，滇黔桂的城市从数量到质量都有了长足的发展，一些建国前还处于小城镇的城市开始发展为大城市或特大城市。而一批中等城市、小城市也在迅速地成长起来。但从总体上来看，滇黔桂三省的城市不仅发展水平落后于东部地区，而且其城市的规模等级结构也是很不完整的。大城市的缺失，日益凸现了滇黔桂三省的中等城市在区域发展中的重要地位。在西部大开发的背景下，极力发展滇黔桂三省的中等城市，以线串点，以点带面，成为滇黔桂三省构建南贵昆经济区，带动三省区域经济腾飞的重要战略选择。
[Abstract]:Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi are abbreviations of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi. These three geographically adjacent provinces and regions, because of their southwestern side, have historically drifted away from the edge of central rule. This kind of state is relatively closed for a long time, resulting in the economic, social, and even urban development of the three provinces lags far behind the Central Plains. The sound of the Opium War opened the door of China and broke the closed state of the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi. During the first half of the 20th century, the establishment of commercial ports, the development of new traffic, and the internal migration of a large number of factories and enterprises during the Anti-Japanese War. The cities of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi began to follow the pace of urbanization in central and eastern China. However, due to the lack of internal motive power, the cities of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi inevitably declined in the second half of the 20th century under the smoke of civil war, and the establishment of new China brought infinite vitality to the cities of the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guizhou. During a long period of time after the founding of the people's Republic of China, the cities of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi developed rapidly from quantity to quality, and some cities that were still in small towns before the founding of the people's Republic of China began to develop into big cities or mega-cities. And a number of medium-sized cities, small cities are also growing rapidly. But on the whole, the cities of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi are not only lagging behind the eastern regions, but also the scale and grade structure of their cities is incomplete. The lack of large cities has increasingly highlighted the important position of medium cities in the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi in regional development. Under the background of the great development of the west, it is an important strategic choice for the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi to develop the middle cities of the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi to construct the economic zone of Nangui and Kun, and to promote the regional economy of the three provinces to take off.
