从山东已出版的城市区志看深化城市区志记述内容的努力方向

【摘要】：城市区志相对于县(市)志有其自身的特点,特别是老城区,长期以来作为一个区域的政治、经济、文化中心,对周边地区的经济文化发展起着重要的引领和辐射作用;同时,自身也积累了丰厚的文化底蕴,形成了独特的城市文化。如何突出城区文化特色,是第二轮城市区志提高质量、彰显特色、拓展深度的重要一环。山东已出版的城市区志的总体优点有:时代特色和地方特色突出;与首轮志书衔接较好,记载静态事物有新思路;对非区属事物的记述处理较恰当;体例严谨,体裁运用得当;装帧有特色,图文并茂等。存在的问题有:记述深度有待加强;资料的完整性和系统性有待加强;个别篇章表格使用不够充分。为此,在篇目设计上要强化地方特色和时代特色;在区属与非区属问题上要放眼全局,具有驾驭全区的意识。
[Abstract]:Compared with county (city) records, urban district records have their own characteristics, especially the old urban areas, as a political, economic and cultural center of a region for a long time, which plays an important role in guiding and radiating the economic and cultural development of the surrounding areas. At the same time, it also accumulated rich cultural heritage, forming a unique urban culture. How to highlight the cultural characteristics of the urban area is an important part of the second round of urban records to improve the quality, highlight the characteristics and expand the depth. The overall advantages of Shandong's published urban district records are as follows: prominent features of the times and local features; better connection with the first chronicle, with new ideas for recording static things; proper description of non-district related things; rigorous style and proper use of genre; Binding features, picture and text, and so on. The existing problems include: the depth of description needs to be strengthened; the completeness and systematization of the data need to be strengthened; and the use of individual text tables is insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the local characteristics and the characteristics of the times in the design of the titles, to look at the overall situation and to have the consciousness of controlling the whole area on the issue of regional and non-district belonging.
