粤海关在中国沿海开放中的主要举措和历史作用述论

【摘要】：粤海关自康熙二十四年(1685)正式创设,至1949年被广州市军事管制委员会接管,1950年3月正式更名为广州海关,共存续265年。在中国沿海开放和海上丝绸之路发展中,粤海关始终扮演重要角色,做出重要贡献。多层面、历史地、系统地考察粤海关在中国沿海开放活动中的主要措施、历史作用和贡献等,既对发掘和传承粤海关历史文化具有积极作用,又可为海关参与21世纪海上丝绸之路建设提供启示和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Customs was officially established in 24 (1685) by Kangxi, and was taken over by Guangzhou military Control Commission in 1949. In March 1950, it changed its name to Guangzhou Customs, with a total existence of 265 years. In China's coastal opening and maritime Silk Road development, Guangdong Customs has always played an important role and made important contributions. A multi-level, historical and systematic investigation of the main measures, historical roles and contributions of Guangdong Customs in the opening-up of China's coastal areas has played a positive role in exploring and inheriting the history and culture of Guangdong Customs. It can also provide inspiration and reference for customs to participate in the construction of maritime Silk Road in the 21 ~ (st) century.
