正确处理地方志事业科学发展的几个关系

【摘要】：地方志工作与中心工作、修志与地方志事业其他工作、编纂业务职责与组织指导职责、继承传统与志书创新、修志与用志、志书质量与进度等六大关系,是影响和制约地方志事业能否又好又快发展的主要关系。各地地方志工作的进度和质量之所以存在差异,与地方志工作机构负责人协调处理这些关系的能力、素质和效果有着密切关系。地方志工作机构负责人应正确认识地方志工作的基本性质,协调处理好地方志工作所涉及的六大关系,推动地方志工作事业科学发展。
