【摘要】：历史时期的江西，人材辈出，尤以宋、元、明三朝为盛。到清朝，卓有成就的江西人已不多。抚州作为江西文化的代表性区域之一，在宋、元两代的昌盛之后，，明代的沉沦趋势明显，清朝则出现了集学术成就和政治作为于一身的李绂，成为清朝抚州，甚至江西的代表人物。李绂（1675—1750），字巨来，号穆堂，江西抚州府临川县人。其于康熙四十八年(35岁)中进士，至雍正五年（53岁）的近二十年间，一直为官任宦。其仕宦生涯中，最为重要的则是广西巡抚及直隶总督之任，以及此前的催漕事务。雍正元年(1723)催漕事务的顺利完成，为其于雍正二年(1724)出任广西巡抚奠定了良好基础。一年半的巡抚之任，又助其于雍正四年(1726)升任为直隶总督。雍正四年十二月，由于与田文镜互参，李绂被怀疑参与科甲之争，遭到革职，仕宦生涯在顶峰阶段戛然而止。李绂一生，著作颇丰，主要有《春秋一是》20卷、《陆子学谱》20卷、《朱子晚年全论》8卷、《阳明学录》20卷、《诗古文类稿》50卷、《穆堂初稿》、《别稿》各50卷。作为方志学家，他还主修《八旗通志》、《临川县志》、自撰《西江志补》等。本文以辑录《穆堂初稿》《穆堂别稿》及《雍正朱批谕旨》中有关李绂经世史料为核心，运用历史文献学的研究方法，对相关史料加以句读和校勘。并在此基础上，吸纳前人研究成果，探讨李绂的经世文献价值，以求有裨于清朝历史研究。《穆堂初稿》以2005年北京出版社《四库禁毁书丛刊补编》影印乾隆五年（1740）安居王氏无怒轩刻本为底本，以2002年上海古籍出版社《续修四库全书》影印咸丰元年（1851）戴钧衡刻本为校本。《穆堂别稿》以2005年北京出版社《四库禁毁书丛刊补编》影印乾隆十二年（1747）奉国堂刻本影印本为底本，以2002年上海古籍出版社《续修四库全书》影印道光十一年（1831）奉国堂刻本影印本为校本。
