论明代奴儿干都司的设置及实效性

【摘要】：边疆问题历来是中国古代王朝统治的核心问题之一，维持中央政府在边疆地区的权威和威慑力是中国古代王朝能够长治久安的保证。一三六八年，明王朝建立。在王朝建立初期，，明政府就面对着很大的边疆问题。原来元朝的一些官员在北方仍盘踞不降，并且伺机准备南下。在北部和东北部许多少数民族部落也仍然效忠他们。在这种情况下，为巩固统治，消灭割据势力。在明军攻占北平以后。明太祖朱元璋派人去东北故元辽阳行省招抚。并建立了辽东都司。为明朝在东北地区进行统治奠定了基础。随着元朝残余势力的消灭，明政府初步统一了东北地区。也设立了许多卫所对当地民族部落进行管理。为更好的经营东北地区。明政府在辽东都司以外，又设置了另一个都司，即奴儿干都司。对东北地区进行管理。奴儿干都司，全称为奴儿干都指挥使司，永乐七年设置,是明朝前期设置于东北一带的地方军政机构，是一个以招抚为主要职能的机构。永乐九年正式开始行政管辖权。在其建立前后，明政府陆续设置了一百多个卫所。对卫所地址的考证是研究奴儿干都司的热点之一。但后来随着明朝国力的下降，在二十余年后，奴儿干都司便渐渐失去其职能。惟有所辖卫所继续同明政府进行往来。进行朝贡贸易。奴儿干都司在设置后，的确对明王朝在东北地区的统治起了稳定的作用。本文对奴儿干都司设置背景和设置过程进行一些探究。并特别研究了一下奴儿干都司的实效性。
[Abstract]:The frontier issue has always been one of the core issues of the rule of the ancient Chinese dynasty. This paper probes into the setting background and setting process of the Nulgandu Division, and especially studies the actual effect of the Nulkandu Division.
