【摘要】：正史籍载西汉有龙渊宫,其位置有二说:一说在汉长安城西,茂陵东;一说在河南濮阳西平界,曹魏如淳注《汉书·武帝纪》时曰:"《三辅黄图》云:‘有龙渊宫,今长安城西有其处’。《沟洫志》:‘救决河,亦起龙渊宫其旁’"。考诸史籍,西汉龙渊宫当在汉长安城西,茂陵东,河南濮阳西平界说为后人对史料的误读。《汉书·武帝纪》载:"(元光)三年(前132年)春……。河水决濮阳(此事《沟洫志》:载:‘河决于瓠子’。泛郡十六,发卒十万救决河。起龙渊宫。""上使汲黯、郑当时兴人徒塞之,辄复坏"。丞相田啞又"言于上曰:‘江河之决皆天事,未易以人力强塞,强塞之未必顺应天’。而望气用数者亦以为然,是以久不复塞也。"堵
