后凉官制研究

【摘要】：后凉是十六国时期存在时间较为短暂的政权之一，其存在时间仅十五年。后凉建立的官制是以魏晋制度为蓝本的。前言部分主要是对本课题的研究目的和意义、基本史料、研究现状、基本思路、研究方法等内容进行阐释。正文分为中央文官制度、中央武官制度和地方官制三大部分。第一部分对后凉的太尉、司徒、大司马，尚书、中书、门下三省官职的职能及任职人员进行分析研究，并与魏晋的相关制度进行了比较。与魏晋不同的是，后凉的太尉、司徒仍掌有军政大权而非用于尊崇，而大司马则与魏晋时期相同，成为荣誉头衔。后凉中央三省制度是对魏晋制度的沿袭。第二部分论述了后凉中央武官制度，对后凉将军号的迁转情况进行了重点研究。后凉的军事系统是参照魏晋制度建立起来的，对主要军事将领的分析可以看出，后凉军事系统与西晋相同，都是以皇室家族成员为核心的。第三部分主要是论述后凉的地方官制，具体包括刺史、郡守、县令，研究了其职能，，任职人员，并对以将军兼太守的情况进行了重点分析。
[Abstract]:Houliang was one of the regimes that existed for a short time in the period of sixteen Kingdoms, which lasted only 15 years.
