清代地方档案中的州县官官衔释读

【摘要】：清代地方档案保存了大量的州县官官衔信息,从《南部档案》等资料看,知县的官衔主要分布在上行文、平行文和下行文的前衔、后衔中,有繁衔和简衔之分。南部知县的官衔构成主要包括加衔、升调花样、职任、议叙和知县姓氏五部分,它不仅反映了官员的性质、迁调路径,也反映了官员任职环境的变迁。对相关信息的准确释读,是我们有效利用档案的前提,也是厘清职官术语、探析官员规制的重要渠道。
[Abstract]:The local archives of the Qing Dynasty preserved a large amount of information on the official titles of the prefectures and counties. According to the "Southern Archives" and other materials, the official titles of the counties were mainly distributed in the first and last titles of the above, parallel and lower languages. The composition of the official title of the southern county includes five parts: the addition of the title, the pattern of promotion, the appointment of the post, the discussion of the name of the county and the surname of the county. It not only reflects the nature of the official, but also the path of transfer. It also reflects the change of official service environment. The accurate interpretation of relevant information is the premise of our effective use of the archives, and is also an important channel to clarify the official terminology and analyze the official regulation.
