【摘要】：明代山东东昌府隶属于山东布政司，地处鲁西大地，，是京杭大运河沿岸的重要府级行政区。本文首次集中地研究了明代76位山东东昌府知府及其对东昌府的治理情况。首先采用图表的方式，以更加直观的方式来分析山东东昌府地区的历史沿革，并进一步统计、考证出东昌府历任职守的数量及具体的官名称谓。接着，又运用了计量统计分析及图表的方法对明代76位东昌府知府的出身及任职、履历情况进行归纳分析和总结，分析了明代历任山东东昌府知府的籍贯与出身特点，又通过对明代历任东昌府知府在任职、履历等方面进行的计量统计分析，得出其授职、任期、卸任及升迁的特点。然后，研究明代历任东昌府知府的职掌与政绩以及这些知府们的致仕情况。最后总括全文主旨，对明代东昌府知府进行评价，以及对他们治理东昌府的经验进行总结。文章研究的角度主要面向区域史，既是对传统政治制度史研究的新尝试，又是对政治制度史研究中薄弱环节的有利补充。
[Abstract]:The Dongchang House of Shandong Province in the Ming Dynasty was subordinate to the Chief Secretary of Shandong Province and was located in the western part of Shandong. It is an important prefecture-level administrative district along the Grand Canal of Beijing-Hangzhou. This paper focuses for the first time on the study of 76 Dongchang governments in the Ming Dynasty and their governance over the Dongchang Mansion. To analyze the historical evolution of Dongchang Prefecture in Shandong Province in a more intuitive way, and to make further statistics, to find out the number of previous duties and the specific official names of the Dongchang Prefecture. Then, The article also analyzes and summarizes the background and experience of 76 Dongchang offices in Ming Dynasty by means of econometric statistical analysis and charts, and analyzes the characteristics of origin and origin of the known offices of Dongchang Prefecture of Shandong Province in the Ming Dynasty. Through the statistical analysis of the positions and biographical records of Dongchang government in the Ming Dynasty, the characteristics of its conferment, term of office, resignation and promotion are obtained. Then, This paper studies the official duties and achievements of Dongchang government in Ming Dynasty and their official status. Finally, it summarizes the main purpose of this paper, evaluates Dongchang government in Ming Dynasty, and sums up their experience in managing Dongchang government. This paper mainly focuses on the regional history, which is not only a new attempt to study the history of traditional political system, but also a favorable supplement to the weak link in the study of the history of political system.
