“请进来”与“走出去”——关于中国价值理念国际传播应注意问题的思考

【摘要】：正鸦片战争以来的170余年,中国这个有着灿烂农业文明的大国在资本主义工业文明的冲击下,由被迫"门户开放"转变为半殖民地半封建社会,又在中国共产党领导下经过彻底的民主革命,终于走上社会主义道路。百年磨难后的60余年,在新的历史条件下,中国重新选择了对外开放,从被封锁下的"自力更生"到1978年以后的全方位开放和主动融入经济全球化中去。今天,当中国的国际地位不断提高,中国的产品、中国的资本、中国的维和部队都走出国门的时候,中国的文化和价值理念如何走出国门,让世界了解中国、信任中国,与中国分享成功的经验,已经成为中国继续提高国际政治、经济
[Abstract]:For more than 170 years since the Opium War, China, a large country with brilliant agricultural civilization, was forced to "open its doors" to a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society under the impact of capitalist industrial civilization. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, after a thorough democratic revolution, China has finally embarked on the socialist road. More than 60 years after the century-old ordeal, under the new historical conditions, China has re-opted for opening up to the outside world. From the blockaded "self-reliance" to the all-around opening up and active integration into economic globalization after 1978. Today, when China's international status is constantly rising, China's products, its capital, When all the Chinese peacekeepers went abroad, how did China's culture and value concept go abroad, let the world understand China, trust China, and share its successful experience with China has become China's continued improvement of international politics and economy.
