借用与创新——战国秦文化变迁机制分析

【摘要】：早期秦文化是在对华夏文化认同、对西戎文化采借和对自身发展经验的总结中逐渐形成的。战国时期,秦国在内外交困的条件下,积极探索以富国强兵为目的文化创新之路,而商鞅以法理政的理论和制度创新与秦国长期以来奉行的国家公利哲学理念相契合。在秦孝公支持下,秦国将商鞅之法推向全国,在制度建设、道德伦理、社会风俗等方面实现了秦文化变迁的突破和转型,从此确立起以国家公利哲学为指导,以法家治国理念为政治策略,以功利主义为价值取向,以责任伦理为道德规范的秦文化模式。此种文化模式对于秦国力挽狂澜,最终实现统一全国起到了决定性的作用,秦文化变迁的历史轨迹为后世国家发展、民族振兴提供了历史借鉴。
[Abstract]:The early Qin culture was gradually formed in the process of identifying with Chinese culture, borrowing from Xi Rong culture and summing up its own development experience. During the warring States period, Qin actively explored the way of cultural innovation aimed at enriching the country and strengthening the armed forces under the conditions of internal and diplomatic difficulties. However, the theory and system innovation of Shang Yang's theory and system of legal theory and administration coincide with the philosophy of national public interest which Qin has long pursued. With the support of Qin Xiaogong, Qin pushed Shang Yang's law to the whole country, in the process of system construction and moral ethics. The social customs and other aspects have realized the breakthrough and transformation of Qin culture vicissitude. Since then, they have established the philosophy of national public interest as the guide, the concept of ruling the country by law as the political strategy, and the utilitarianism as the value orientation. The Qin culture model, which takes the responsibility ethics as the moral standard, has played a decisive role in the Qin Dynasty's efforts to save the tide and finally realize the unification of the whole country, and the historical track of Qin's cultural change is the development of the later countries. National rejuvenation provides historical reference.
