郑玄“三族九族同姓”说的特色及意义

【摘要】:汉唐经学家对"三族""九族"亲属构成的解释,大致可分成"同姓"说和"异姓"说两派意见。东汉时,"九族异姓"说占据经学解释的主流。汉末,郑玄对九族构成问题重新做解,他在三《礼》注中坚持"三族父子孙"论,以此为论证起点,缜密推演出"九族同姓"的结论,并对"九族异姓"说代表学者许慎展开反驳。通过考察庾蔚之和孔颖达对郑玄"同姓"说的评价,可发现郑玄的"九族同姓"说乃是希望通过建构同姓亲属地位至上的族内伦理规范,重新定义"天子亲九族"的内涵,借此作为对东汉中后期外戚乱政现象的反思,带有告诫后世皇帝"亲同姓、远异姓"的现实关怀意味。
[Abstract]:The explanation of "three tribes" and "nine families" by scholars in Han and Tang dynasties can be divided into two groups: "same surname" theory and "different surname" theory.In the Eastern Han Dynasty, the theory of "nine nationalities with different surnames" dominated the interpretation of Confucian classics.At the end of the Han Dynasty, Zheng Xuan reinterpreted the problem of the composition of the nine ethnic groups. He insisted on the theory of "three fathers and sons and grandchildren" in his notes on the three Rites, taking this as the starting point of the argument and carefully deducing the conclusion of "nine people of the same surname".Xu Shen, a representative scholar of the Nine nationalities with different surnames, refuted it.By examining Yu Wei's and Kong Yingda's comments on Zheng Xuan's theory of "the same family name", it can be found that Zheng Xuan's theory of "nine people of the same surname" is the hope of redefining the connotation of "the son of Heaven and the ninth clan" by constructing the ethical norms of the supremacy of the status of relatives of the same family.Taking this as a reflection on the phenomenon of foreign disorderly government in the middle and late Han Dynasty, it has a realistic concern meaning of warning the later emperors "the same family name, far different surnames".
