西周酒政初探

【摘要】：中国是有着辉煌历史的国度,在漫长的岁月进程中不断焕发出新的魅力。酒,作为我们人类饮食的一部分,也一样有着悠久的历史。从古至今,在我国的政治活动、社会生活以及日常礼仪中都离不开酒,它发挥着至关重要的作用,而酒的出现同时也伴随着管理酒的相关事宜的产生。西周初年,统治阶级为了稳固政权,更好的治理国家,借鉴商亡的历史教训以及天命与祖先的要求,颁布了相关的禁酒令,严格控制人民酗酒,以此来约束民众。而酒是人们社会生活的重要饮品,在日常和祭祀礼仪中都要用到酒,并不能完全禁止,于是,在这一时期就出现了管理酒的职官,随着社会不断发展,对于酒的管理更加系统化,同时设立了专门掌管饮酒之礼的机构。酒官出现后,官职大小的等级制度也有着相应的规定,各级官员有着自己的职责,他们各司其职,有条不紊地掌管酒和用酒的各个相关方面。酒在先秦时期的祭祀文化中有着重要的地位。西周祭祀天地、先王、祖先和社稷都离不开酒。酒在周人日常生活中必不可少,酒政成为后代人深入了解周代礼仪、制度、文化的有效环节,是周代礼仪制度中重要的文化符号。西周的饮酒礼最重要的目的是维护统治,安抚民众,同时在治理国家的过程中也发挥着重要的作用。伴随着酒的出现,酒器也产生了。酒器同酒文化紧密相连,也是相关酒文化不断发展的载体和重要构成部分。各个时期的酒器,向世人传递着各个时期的政治内涵,体现出不同阶层的生活状况和精神风貌。
[Abstract]:China is a country with a glorious history, constantly radiating new charm in the process of long years.Wine, as part of our human diet, also has a long history.Since ancient times, in our country's political activities, social life and daily etiquette can not be separated from wine, it plays a vital role, and the emergence of wine accompanied by the production of wine management issues.In the early Western Zhou Dynasty, in order to stabilize the regime and better govern the country, the ruling class promulgated the relevant prohibition order to strictly control the people's alcoholism in order to restrain the people by drawing lessons from the history of the Shang Dynasty's death and the request of the ancestors.Wine is an important drink in people's social life. It is used in daily and sacrificial rituals, and it cannot be completely prohibited. As a result, during this period, there were officials who managed wine, and with the development of society,The management of alcohol is more systematic, and an institution dedicated to the ritual of drinking has been set up.After the emergence of the wine officer, the rank system of the official post also has the corresponding stipulation, the officials at all levels have their own duties, they have their own duties, they methodically take charge of all the related aspects of the wine and the use of the wine.Wine plays an important role in the sacrificial culture of the pre-Qin period.Western Zhou sacrificial heaven and earth, ancestors, ancestors and state can not be separated from wine.Wine is indispensable in the daily life of Zhou people, and wine administration has become an effective link for future generations to understand the etiquette, system and culture of the Zhou Dynasty, which is an important cultural symbol in the etiquette system of the Zhou Dynasty.The most important purpose of the drinking ceremony in the Western Zhou Dynasty is to maintain the rule, appease the people, and also play an important role in the process of governing the country.With the appearance of wine, the wine is also produced.Wine utensils are closely linked with wine culture, and are also the carrier and important component of the continuous development of related wine culture.The wine of each period conveys the political connotation of each period to the world, and embodies the life condition and spiritual style of different classes.
