【摘要】：北宋政治史上最轰动的大事件莫过于熙丰变法，，神宗皇帝与王安石做出了种种努力，想要摆脱北宋逐渐暴露的危机，然而遗憾的是，在宋神宗去世后变法的结果并没有保持下来。变法失败后，北宋历史陷入了党派斗争的政治漩涡中。徽宗即位，即是党派斗争的结果。宋徽宗在历史上是一个知名度较高的皇帝。不仅由于他在艺术上的极高天赋，更为重要的是，他与其子钦宗都成为亡国之君，在北方的荒凉之地结束余生。虽然北宋亡国是在钦宗时期，但是真正把北宋送入亡国深渊的，正是徽宗一朝。本文从研究徽宗朝宰相入手，对徽宗朝的宰相群体以及个人进行分析考察，力图揭示出宰相群体对徽宗朝的政治面貌以及北宋走向灭亡所产生的深刻影响。本文除了绪论和结语外，正文部分共有三章。第一章为元yP更化至徽宗即位的北宋政治概况。本章分两个部分论述了熙丰变法失败后出现的“元yP更化”以及“哲宗绍述”局面，并最终由徽宗入继大统，开启了徽宗朝的政治。第二章为徽宗朝宰相群体概况以及政局演变。本章分两个部分进行论述，第一部分为徽宗朝宰相群体概况。首先将徽宗朝宰相用表格的形式列出，使之一目了然，并进行了总体的分析。其次从诸多方面对宰相群体做类型的考析，即按照不同的标准，将宰相分为不同的类型，如按阶段分、按任期长短分、按籍贯分、按为相年龄分、按照对外战争的不同态度分、因依附蔡京而升迁官职的宰相、因结交内侍而平步青云的宰相等等不同的类型；第二部分主要论述宰相群体与徽宗朝的政局演变。主要阐述了宰相之间的权力角逐以及从权争中总结出来徽宗朝政局演变的特点。第三章为徽宗朝宰相群体与腐朽政治的互动，分对内政治与对外政策两个部分。主要是将徽宗以及臣子（主要是宰相）与徽宗朝的内外政治进行互动考察。对内政治主要论述了对元yP党人的迫害、苛虐的经济举措以及徽宗君臣的奢靡生活；在对外政策中，主要列举了徽宗朝最为重大的两件对外战争事件，即西北开边和幽云开边。对外战争虽然有积极的一面，但终究由于其中出现的问题及政治的极端腐败招致了灭顶之灾。结语部分主要论述了徽宗朝的宰相之所以出现总体状态极差的原因以及宰相集团的总体堕落给北宋王朝带来的危害。
[Abstract]:The most sensational event in the political history of the Northern Song Dynasty was the reform of Xifeng. Emperor Shenzong and Wang Anshi made every effort to get rid of the crisis gradually exposed in the Northern Song Dynasty, but unfortunately,After the death of Shenzong Song, the result of the reform did not remain.After the defeat of the reform, the history of the Northern Song Dynasty fell into the political whirlpool of party struggle.Huizong ascended the throne, that is, the result of party struggle.Song Huizong in history is a relatively well-known emperor.Not only was he highly gifted in art, but more importantly, he and his son, Emperor King, became kings of subjugation, ending the rest of their lives in the desolate lands of the north.Although the Northern Song Dynasty was in the imperial dynasty, it was Huizong who sent the Northern Song Dynasty into the abyss of subjugation.Starting with the study of the prime minister of the Huizong dynasty, this paper analyzes and inspects the prime minister groups and individuals of the Huizong dynasty, and tries to reveal the profound influence of the prime minister group on the political outlook of the Huizong dynasty and the demise of the Northern Song Dynasty.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, there are three chapters in the text.The first chapter is the political situation of the Northern Song Dynasty when Yuan YP became the emperor of Huizong.This chapter is divided into two parts to discuss the situation of "Yuan YP" and "Zhe Zong Shao Shuo" after the failure of Xifeng Reform, and finally started the politics of Huizong Dynasty by the introduction of Huizong into the Great Unification.The second chapter is the general situation of the Huizong prime minister group and the evolution of the political situation.This chapter is divided into two parts, the first part is the general situation of Huizong prime minister group.First of all, Huizong was listed in the form of a table, so that it was clear, and carried out a general analysis.Secondly, it analyzes the types of prime minister groups from many aspects, that is, according to different standards, the prime ministers are divided into different types, such as according to the stage, according to the length of tenure, according to the origin, according to the age of the prime minister, according to the different attitudes of the foreign war.The prime minister who was promoted to his official post because of his attachment to Cai Jing, the prime minister who made great progress because of his acquaintance with his entourage, and so on; the second part mainly discussed the political evolution of the prime minister group and the Huizong dynasty.This paper mainly expounds the power competition between prime ministers and the characteristics of the evolution of the political situation of Huizong dynasty from the power struggle.The third chapter is the interaction between the group of the prime minister of Huizong dynasty and decadent politics, which is divided into two parts: internal politics and foreign policy.Huizong and his subjects (mainly the prime minister) and the internal and external politics of Huizong dynasty were investigated.The internal politics mainly discusses the persecution of the Yuan YP party, the oppressive economic measures and the extravagant life of the imperial ministers of Huizong. In the foreign policy, it mainly lists the two most important foreign war events of the Huizong dynasty, namely, the northwest opening and the Youyun opening.Although the foreign war has its positive side, it has been destroyed because of the problems and political corruption.The conclusion part mainly discusses the reason why the prime minister of Huizong Dynasty appeared in the extremely poor state and the harm brought by the general depravity of the prime minister group to the Northern Song Dynasty.
