唐代公主饮食及其文化研究

【摘要】:唐代公主的饮食品种多样,包括主食、肉食、水果与蔬菜、饮料、药膳等。既有中原文化的特质,又有浓厚的异域风情。考古发现的公主饮食器具,包括餐具、酒具、茶具、炊具等,既是当时手工业发展水平的体现,也是民族文化融合的实证。唐代公主既遵循传统的中馈之道:亲恭公婆之食、备食祭祀、招待宾客,又对传统家庭依性别系统分工的规定有所突破和扩展。所以,唐代是各民族文化交流与融合的时代,也是女性意识显现比较突出的时代。
[Abstract]:Tang Dynasty Princess's diet variety, including staple food, meat, fruits and vegetables, beverages, medicine and so on. There are not only the characteristics of the Central Plains culture, but also the strong exotic customs. The princess's utensils, including tableware, wine ware, tea ware, cooking utensils and so on, are not only the embodiment of the handicraft industry development level at that time, but also the demonstration of the fusion of national culture. The princesses of the Tang Dynasty not only followed the traditional way of feeding in the middle: the food of the pro-Gong parents-in-law, the preparation of food sacrifices, the hospitality guests, but also broke through and expanded the regulation of the division of labor according to the gender system in the traditional families. Therefore, the Tang Dynasty is a time of cultural exchange and integration of various nationalities, and also a prominent era of female consciousness.
