【摘要】：张居正的政治伦理追求是中华民族传统经典文化的重要组成部分,它所承载的善治理念与伦理诉求,对后来的清代,甚至近现代的价值取向与政治实践都产生了比较大的影响。它从大明王朝所面对的严峻形势出发,以巩固封建王朝统治为导向,以实现国富民强为要旨,追求一种稳定、发展、富强的政治关系,最终实现大明王朝长治久安。张居正的政治伦理追求是张居正在批判与继承前人的基础上,结合当时严峻的政治社会形势,通过自身的为官实践所表现出来的。本文主要通过五个部分对其政治伦理追求进行探讨与研究:第一部分:张居正政治伦理追求产生的时代背景。通过对张居正的生平与张居正生活时代的内忧外患进行了解与探讨,可以得知,张居正政治伦理追求所产生的家庭背景和社会基础。第二部分:张居正政治伦理追求的思想渊源。儒家道统思想是其政治伦理追求产生的理论根基,家国同构社会是其政治伦理追求产生的理论依据,阳明心学思想是其政治伦理追求产生的理论创新基础。第三部分:张居正政治伦理追求的主要内容。它主要内容包括忧国忧民、革除积弊、勤政廉政、勇于担当等四个方面,其中“忧国忧民”是其政治伦理追求的基础,“革除积弊”与“勤政廉政”是其政治伦理追求的表现,“勇于担当”是其政治伦理追求的核心。第四部分:张居正政治伦理追求的特点及局限。其政治伦理追求所具有的特点指:1、追求王道政治,2、致力于国富民强;其政治伦理追求所具有的局限指:1、爱国背后是忠君,2、强力新政靠人治。第五部分:张居正政治伦理追求的现代启示。面对当前国家的政治发展形势,如何从张居正的政治伦理追求中汲取理论养分,来改进与推动党风廉政建设工作和干部思想道德教育工作,对于建设清洁的政治生态和实现“中国梦”,具有一定的现实意义和历史意义!
[Abstract]:Zhang Juzheng's pursuit of political ethics is an important part of the traditional classical culture of the Chinese nation. The ideas and ethical demands of good governance carried by Zhang Juzheng have exerted a relatively great influence on the value orientation and political practice of the later Qing Dynasty, even in modern times. It starts from the grim situation faced by the Daming Dynasty, takes the consolidation of the feudal dynasty as the guide, realizes the prosperity of the nation and the people as its main aim, pursues a political relationship of stability, development, and prosperity, and finally realizes the long-term stability of the Daming dynasty. Zhang Juzheng's pursuit of political ethics was demonstrated by his own practice of serving as an official on the basis of criticizing and inheriting his predecessors and combining with the austere political and social situation at that time. This paper mainly discusses and studies the pursuit of political ethics through five parts: the first part: the background of Zhang Juzheng's pursuit of political ethics. Through the understanding and discussion of Zhang Juzheng's life and the internal and external troubles of Zhang Juzheng's life time, we can know that Zhang Juzheng's political and ethical pursuit produces the family background and social foundation. The second part: the ideological origin of Zhang Juzheng's pursuit of political ethics. Confucian Taoist ideology is the theoretical foundation of its political ethical pursuit, the homogenous society is the theoretical basis of its political ethical pursuit, and Yangming's thought of psychology is the theoretical innovation basis of its political ethical pursuit. The third part: the main content of Zhang Juzheng's pursuit of political ethics. Its main content includes four aspects: worrying about the country and people, eliminating the old malpractices, being diligent in government and honest administration, and being brave to bear. Among them, "worrying about the country and people" is the foundation of its political ethics pursuit, and "getting rid of the accumulated evils" and "being diligent and honest in government administration" are the manifestations of its pursuit of political ethics. To be responsible is the core of his pursuit of political ethics. The fourth part: the characteristics and limitations of Zhang Juzheng's pursuit of political ethics. The characteristics of his pursuit of political ethics are as follows: 1, pursuing royal politics, and devoting himself to the prosperity of the country and the people; the limitation of his pursuit of political ethics is 1: 1, the loyalty to the emperor is 2% behind his patriotism, and the strong new policy depends on the rule of man. The fifth part: the modern enlightenment of Zhang Juzheng's pursuit of political ethics. In the face of the current situation of political development in the country, how to absorb the theoretical nutrients from Zhang Juzheng's pursuit of political ethics to improve and promote the work of building a clean and honest party and the ideological and moral education of cadres, For the construction of clean political ecology and the realization of "Chinese Dream", has a certain practical and historical significance!
