宋代券食之制缘何未能根治公款挥霍之风

【摘要】：宋代,不仅有多样化的给券之制,而且制定了比较完善的用券制度,尤其是具有政府公信力的"驿券"广泛实施应用于馆驿制度中,以解决公干官员差旅途中的食宿问题,标志着宋代券食之制的完备与成熟。
[Abstract]:In the Song Dynasty, there were not only a variety of voucher systems, but also a relatively perfect system for the use of coupons. Especially, the "post coupons", which had the credibility of the government, were widely applied to the guay-post system in order to solve the problem of accommodation and board during the bad journeys of official officials. It marks the perfection and maturity of the system of coupons in the Song Dynasty.
