40年来秦乡里社会研究综述

【摘要】：乡里是秦汉时期的基层组织。40年来,学者们利用出土简牍材料和传世文献,围绕秦汉乡里制度、土地制度与阶层构成、户口和赋役制度、秦人的婚姻家庭与社会风俗、秦时民间信仰及思想文化等问题进行了大量的研究。这些研究成果加深了我们对秦下层百姓生活的了解,丰富了我们对秦乡里社会整体风貌的认识,同时为我们进一步研究秦乡里社会提供了有价值的信息。本文对这些研究文献进行了梳理,指出了研究中存在的不足。
[Abstract]:The township was a grass-roots organization in the Qin and Han dynasties. Over the past 40 years, scholars have made use of unearthed bamboo slips and handed down documents around the rural system, the land system and the formation of social strata, the hukou and the system of taxation, the marriage and family and social customs of the Qin people. In Qin Dynasty, folk beliefs and ideological and cultural issues were studied. These research results deepen our understanding of the life of the lower Qin people, enrich our understanding of the overall style of the Qin village society, and provide valuable information for us to further study the Qin township society. This paper combs these research documents and points out the shortcomings in the research.
