北宋对官员家庭治理的要求——以闺门、女口为中心的考察

【摘要】：北宋政府将官员的家庭治理视作吏治的一个重要组成部分。对出现"闺门不睦"、"闺门不肃"等闺门之故的官员给予惩处。对官员置妾、雇用女口以及特定的两性关系也有严格的约束。官员不能雇用管辖区内的女子为其服务,同时要求官员洁身自好,不得与社会上的倡女有染,更不能纳倡女为妾。宋代对闺门之故的防治,严禁官员雇佣所辖部内婢女以防权力寻租,这些规定是加强吏治建设的重要内容,对于当下加强廉政建设也具有积极的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The government of the Northern Song Dynasty regarded the family governance of officials as an important part of the administration of officials. Punishment is given to officials who appear to be "not happy with the boudoir door" and "the boudoir door does not purge" and so on. There are also strict constraints on officials buying concubines, hiring women, and specific gender relationships. Officials cannot employ women in the jurisdiction to serve them, but also require officials to be clean, not to have an affair with women advocates in society, and not to take women as concubines. The prevention and cure of the reason of the betrothal door in Song Dynasty strictly forbids officials from hiring their maids to prevent rent-seeking. These regulations are the important contents of strengthening the construction of official administration and have positive reference significance for strengthening the construction of clean and honest government at present.
