【摘要】：《宋代邸报研究》是孔正毅教授主持的国家社科项目基金项目——《中国古代官报——邸报史》的子课题,论文将着力研究宋代邸报的生产、发布、传播、管理和控制的多方面内容。论文首先对宋代的政治制度、经济政策、军事管理以及历史变迁进行整体性的梳理,并指出这些制度和机制对于宋代邸报的各种影响。论文通过对大量文献史料的整理,结合宋朝历史发展的轨迹以及当时的政治社会生活,系统地研究宋代邸报在唐制的基础上新的发展与进步,具体如,宋代邸报的性质、出现的条件、采编、发行、限制、功能、影响、报纸内容与报纸形式以及主要负责邸报编辑的进奏院的相关资料。论文主要分为二个部分展开研究。第一部分是对宋代之前的中国古代邸报史的一个简要阐述,并对宋朝时期政治、经济、文化生活进行梳理和分析,主要有两个重点,第一、指出宋代的制度是在唐制的基础上,反映在新闻事业的发展上,就是继承唐朝的主管官报发布的进奏院。第二、由于宋代整体不如唐代强盛,所以其采取的“重内轻外”“重文轻武”的国策方针和对武将军情的戒备心理,使得宋代的进奏院与唐朝的进奏院有天壤之别,它将进奏院的管理权从地方官员的手中收回中央,由中央政府直接领导,并不断加强新闻控制。论文的第二部分是建立在第一部分的基础上的,是论文的重点,具体包括论文的第二章到第七章,系统论述有关宋代邸报各方面。第二章是“宋代邸报管理机构及其制度”,主要从邸报的管理机构、编写人员、发行制度、编写流程入手,重点介绍宋代邸报的生产过程,流通机制和管理体系。第三章是“宋代邸报的异称”,剖析宋代邸报和进奏院报、朝报、都进奏院报的关系,以及出现这些异称的原因,论证它们事实上都是邸报的另一种称呼,指代的都是同一载体。第四章是“宋代邸报的内容分析”,从内容角度剖析宋代邸报作为朝廷的“声音”,主要传播的社会内容,涉及当时政治、经济、军事等多方面内容。第五章是对宋代邸报诗的研究,这是论文的一个重点,宋代的邸报诗不但数目多,涉及内容广泛,而且是研究当时政治、文化、社会的重要手段,但是至今对这方面的研究并不多见。第六章是“邸报与除目、除书及边报之关系”,着重探究邸报、除目、除书和边报之间的关系,目的在于厘清一些研究宋代邸报论文中对邸报的称呼问题。最后是论文结语,综合概述宋代邸报的价值体系。
[Abstract]:The study of the Dibao in the Song Dynasty is a sub-topic of the National Social Science Project Foundation Project-the History of the Ancient official News of China-chaired by Professor Kong Zhengyi. The thesis will focus on the production, publication and dissemination of the Dibao in the Song Dynasty. Many aspects of management and control. Firstly, the thesis combs the political system, economic policy, military management and historical changes of Song Dynasty, and points out the various influences of these systems and mechanisms on the imperial newspapers of Song Dynasty. Through sorting out a large number of documents and historical materials, combining with the track of the historical development of the Song Dynasty and the political and social life at that time, the paper systematically studies the new development and progress of the Song Dibao on the basis of the Tang Dynasty system, such as the nature of the Song Dynasty Dibao. Conditions of emergence, editing, distribution, restriction, function, influence, newspaper content and newspaper form, and related materials of the main editorial hall of the newspaper. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a brief exposition of the history of ancient Chinese palace newspapers before the Song Dynasty, and combs and analyzes the political, economic and cultural life of the Song Dynasty. First, it points out that the system of the Song Dynasty is on the basis of the Tang Dynasty system, and that there are two main points in the analysis of the political, economic and cultural life of the Song Dynasty. Reflected in the development of journalism, is the succession of Tang Dynasty official newspaper published in the school. Second, because the Song Dynasty was not as strong as the Tang Dynasty as a whole, it adopted the national policy of "attaching importance to the inside rather than the outside," emphasizing the text and the light on the martial arts ", and the vigilance of the military situation of the martial arts, which made the progressive school in the Song Dynasty quite different from the one in the Tang Dynasty. The second chapter is "the administrative organization and its system of the Song Dynasty Dibao", mainly from the administrative organization of the palace newspaper, the compilers, the issuing system, the compiling process, and mainly introduces the production process, the circulation mechanism and the management system of the Song Dynasty Dibao. The third chapter is "the dynastic newspaper of the Song Dynasty", dissecting the relationship between the Song Dynasty Dibao and the Jinzhiyuan newspaper, the Korea newspaper, all entering the Academy newspaper, as well as the reasons for their emergence, and proving that they are in fact another kind of title of the Dibao. All refer to the same carrier. The fourth chapter is "the content analysis of the Song Dynasty Dibao", from the content point of view, the Song Dynasty Dibao as the "voice" of the imperial court, mainly spread the social content, involving the political, economic, military and other aspects of the content. The fifth chapter is the research on the poetry of the palace newspaper in the Song Dynasty, which is a key point of the thesis. The poems of the newspaper in the Song Dynasty are not only a large number of poems, but also an important means of studying politics, culture and society at that time. However, so far there is little research on this area. The sixth chapter is "the relationship between Dibao and Dixie, except Book and Border newspaper", focusing on the relationship between Dibao, exclave, Book and Border newspaper, in order to clarify the title of Dibao in the thesis of Dibao in Song Dynasty. Finally, the conclusion of the thesis, a comprehensive overview of the value system of the Song Dynasty Dibao.
