从满文寄信档看“高朴盗玉案”对清代新疆吏治的影响

【摘要】："高朴盗玉案"是清代新疆发生的影响最大的历史事件之一,它不仅暴露了清代新疆吏治方面的诸多腐败问题,而且该案件的处置及随后的善后措施更是奠定了清代新疆吏治管理的基本模式,甚至对清廷在天山南路的综合管理范式形成也有着重大影响。
[Abstract]:The case of stealing jade from Gao Park was one of the most influential historical events in Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty. It not only exposed many corruption problems in the administration of officials in Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty, Moreover, the disposition of the case and the subsequent remedial measures established the basic model of the administration of officials in Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty, and even had a great influence on the formation of the comprehensive management paradigm of the Qing Dynasty in the southern Tianshan Road.
